Gardeners’ Guild is 100% employee owned!  We are founded on beliefs about environmental stewardship, fairness and service to the community.  Our purpose is to reach for a higher good that creates value for all. 

Our 145 dedicated, full time employees are horticulturists, artisans, technicians, business managers and support staff.  Our diverse team is earning a part of the American dream through hard work and a commitment to give back to the community.  Our employee owners have medical benefits, 401k, profit sharing, and with no out-of-pocket expense of their own are building equity for their future via our ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).

We stand for something beyond “business as usual”.  Gardeners’ Guild has a leadership position in our industry, and our social and environmental community.  We are a Business Partner that has a reputation built on expertise, teamwork, innovation, and the desire to serve with grace.
