Sub Contractor Qualification

In order to better manage risk on behalf of our customers and Gardeners’ Guild, Inc. (GGI) maintains a list of Preferred Subcontractors. We welcome the application of any sub contractor that would like to work with us. In order to qualify, at minimum, all of the following conditions must be met.

1. Contractor must be capable of the highest quality work and professional practices.
2. Contractor must maintain all applicable licenses, and certifications.
3. Contractor shall, at his own expense, maintain in effect at all times during the life of the project no less than the following coverage of insurance which shall be maintained with Insurance and under forms of policies satisfactory to Gardeners’ Guild, Inc. The Insurance Carrier’s Rating must be AVII or better. All certificates shall indicate policies to be written on a “per occurrence” form rather than “per claims” form.
